I felt like I was the first person to stay there. Bread, butter + milk in the fridge was very welcome.

Very quiet, bed was heaven.

This is my first experience of a self catering bread so I could have unaware of the rules as I didn't find the 'blackbook' til it was pointed out.  Novices like me need to have things put under our noses!

We had the most fantastic weekend.  Chris and Diane are so welcoming and on hand for whatever you need.

The cottage facilities are amazing for our family of 6 it ticked all the boxes.

Thank you so much for a wonderful break in Barn Owl.  It was a lovely touch to be welcomed with bread and milk and a few other essentials. The property is very user-friendly and we really enjoyed the beach at Shingle Street.  The boys became very fond of Holly!  Thank you again.  A super spot!

What a wonderful stay! A super cottage, beautifully furnished and marvellous views.  The showers have great pressure + the bath fills quickly - perfect for relaxing!!  Two tiny points - the scissors needs replacing + it would be great to provide a pack of coffee for the cafetiere rather than instant.

Thanks for all your tips on the local area + the great information folder.  We had a ball!

We had a wonderful stay at Little Owl, its such an ideal location for all, gorgeous scenery and so serene.

Diane and Chris have made a home from home with everything we needed- such a thoughtful and friendly couple with very high standards!

Thank you. We've loved being here with vistas of sea and sky - and we met a seal on the beach yesterday evening! This a wonderful place to stay and you seem to have thought of everything!

With two small children (and a dog!) we've had a lovely holiday at Little Owl.  There is so much to discover in this unspoilt part of Suffolk including the local forest trails, cycling on the country lanes and a lovely coastline. The cottage itself is extremely well appointed with uninterrupted views to the sea.  We would highly recommend it.
